That is good news for home owners that have felt stuck in an underwater home, and also shows signs of strong economic growth. Combined with the recent Boeing machinists vote, the explosive growth of Amazon, and the great possibilities a new CEO will bring to Microsoft, Seattle looks to remain economically strong in 2014.
