Sometimes the home buying process is a breeze, and sometimes it is riddled with challenges. Rick had to endure his fair share of obstacles. After touring dozens of condos, spending many sleepless nights debating on which place would be the perfect one to call home, and missing out on the first condo he fell in love with, Rick finally found the right condo and got his offer accepted.
The next few weeks were easy and pleasant. Rick spent countless hours planning furniture placement and potential new paint colors. We met for coffee and shared laughs. Then in the final week of the escrow process, we hit some unexpected hurdles. Thank goodness that Rick is such a logical and kind individual. He kept his cool and was patient and polite throughout all of the ups and downs. After many countless emails, several delayed days on closing, and a handful of disappointments, Rick finally got they keys to his new home!
Rick and his baby grand piano are finally able to get moved into their forever space. Rick can enjoy view of the Sound, walks around the Olympic Sculpture Park , and a quick and easy walk to work. Look out Belltown, you have a wonderful new neighbor!
