    • Up $5,000 from March
    • Up 10% from May 2017
  • Average Days on Market = 12
    • 1 day longer than last month
  • Homes sold for 107% of list price
    • Same as last month
  • 810 homes sold in Seattle in April
    • Up 15% from last month
    • Up 18% from 2017
  • Most expensive home of the month = $11,100,000  (this is actually the most expensive home sold so far in 2018!)
  • Least expensive home of the month = $277,000

Condos:

  • Median Sales Price = $529,500
    • Down $5,500 from April
    • Up 22% from 2017
  • Average Days on Market = 15
    • 4 days shorter than last month
  • Condos sold for 105% of list price
    • Same as last month
  • 297 condos sold in Seattle in February
    • Up 13% from last month
    • Down 3% from 2017
  • Most expensive condo of the month = $2,875,000
  • Least expensive condo of the month = $152,000
