Well, this was a wild way to end 2018…
We had a wild 2018 in Seattle Real Estate, and we sure did end with a thud.
Single family homes managed to squeeze out both a month-over-month AND a year-over year price increases. On the flip side, condos saw prices increases compared with the previous month, but prices are down from this time last year.
Our average days on market continued to increase, and we continued to sell for less than the list price.
