Condos and Houses Went in Different Directions This Month!
Single Family houses rebounded in prices this month, and we are back up to the median price in December 2018. Condos had a sharp decline in prices, dipping down to a median sales price we haven’t seen since March 2017. Both homes and condos sold much quicker in February than in the several months before, and are also selling for closer to list price this month. We saw a spike in number of homes AND condos selling in February, and decreasing months of supply for both as well.
