We also set up a customized search for you in the NWMLS. We check at least 3 times a day (first thing in the morning, mid-day, and in the evening) for potential new homes for you. We send you those homes as they come on the market. We also hope that when you find a home you like, you send it to us. It's all about teamwork!
Getting a loan is an important part of the process. We have several lenders that we work regularly with, and would love to connect you with one of them. If you have a lender you love, we would love to work with them also! Getting your financing lined up is essential to do in the very beginning of the process. Your lender will help you understand what options you have, what price points you want to look at, and what your potential monthly payments will look like.
